Retail Customer Service Manager – Betting Shop Lead

Entain is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager in Brighton to lead front-line service in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. You will supervise shop colleagues, ensure high customer standards and drive sales targets while delivering a safe, compliant customer experience.

You will report to the Shop Manager, manage daily tasks, handle cash and transactions, demonstrate products and support a welcoming, inclusive shop environment across shifts.
