Accountancy Software Support Specialist (Hybrid)

IRIS Software Group in Slough is hiring for an entry-level Customer Support specialist to help customers with IRIS Accountancy software. You’ll respond to queries by phone and email, investigate issues, and guide users through solutions while applying basic finance knowledge.

You’ll receive full product training and work in a hybrid setup, with 3 days a week in the Heathrow Approach office and flexibility to work from home on other days.
