Currys Business Poole is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for the Poole site. The role is permanent, full-time (40 hours weekly, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday) within the Business Contact Centre, delivering high-quality service to partners, business customers and store hubs.
You will investigate, support and guide cases to resolution, handle refunds and queries, and maintain SLAs while upholding world-class service and data compliance.
