School Pastry Chef – Fresh, Seasonal Desserts & Bread

Thomas Franks is looking for a Pastry Chef to join our Somerset team. The role is a full-time, term-time contract with a 37-week schedule, based at Street in Somerset. You will craft breads, cakes and desserts from scratch for lunch service and hospitality, using fresh seasonal ingredients and bespoke menus.
