Theatre & Events Duty Manager (Evenings & Weekends)

Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council for a Duty Manager in Solihull (B91 3RG). This temporary role involves overseeing front-of-house operations, coordinating staff and volunteers, and delivering high standards of customer service for venues including Theatre, Studio, Library, Gallery, Encore Café and Theatre Bar.

Shift patterns include day 11:00am–4:00pm, evening 4:00pm–10:30pm/11:00pm, with regular evenings and weekends required.
