Working within our Intersnack Work Systems(IWS), you'll lead our Progressive Maintenance programme, usingdata, problem-solving and technical expertise to eliminaterecurring issues and deliver sustainableimprovements.
This is a hands-on role that combinestechnical leadership, continuous improvement and coaching. You'llwork closely with Operations colleagues and Equipment Owners tobuild capability, improve asset performance and create a culture ofownership and reliability. What will you bedoing?Leading the Progressive Maintenanceprogramme by owning maintenance strategy, drivingreliability improvements and reducing breakdown andmaintenance-related losses across theline
Driving continuous improvementactivities through root cause analysis, losselimination and problem-solving techniques to address recurringequipment and processissues
Partnering with Operations and EquipmentOwners to improve line performance, build strongcross-functional relationships and deliver shared performancegoals
Coaching and developingcolleagues to increase technical capability, embedmaintenance best practice and encourage a culture of ownership andaccountability
Using data and performanceinsights to identify opportunities, prioritiseimprovements and support the delivery of safety, quality, cost andproductivitytargets
We’d love to hear from you if you canbring:
A strong engineeringbackground supported by a Level 3 qualification inEngineering, Electrical Engineering, City & Guilds, NVQ orequivalent
Proven maintenance and fault-findingexpertise with the ability to diagnose issues,implement solutions and improve equipmentreliability
Experience of Continuous Improvementmethodologies such as Lean, TPM, IWS or similarapproaches, with a track record of delivering measurableimprovements
Leadership and coachingskills with the ability to influence, supportand develop colleagues in a manufacturing or productionenvironment
Experience within manufacturing, foodproduction or FMCG environments would be advantageous, althoughcandidates from other engineering sectors with transferable skillsare encouraged toapply
A proactive and collaborativeapproach with a passion for continuousimprovement, teamwork and deliveringresults
