What You’ll Learn
As an Apprentice Baker, you’ll gain hands-on experience in:
Mixing and preparing ingredients
Dough making and proving
Bread production
Decorating and finishing products
Food safety and hygiene standards
Quality control procedures
Operating bakery machinery
Team working and problem-solving skills
No two days are the same, and you’ll see first-hand how quality bakery products are made from start to finish.

Hours of work Start time: 5.00am Monday to Friday
No previous bakery experience is required. We will provide the training and support you need to succeed.
