A leading independent property and construction consultancy is looking for an Associate Director to lead and grow its CDM offering across Northern England.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced CDM professional with strong technical expertise and a commercial sensibility. You’ll take ownership of key client relationships, lead the delivery of Principal Designer and CDM advisory services, and play a central role in expanding an established service line across Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds and beyond.
Working with a super portfolio of commercial clients, investors and occupiers, you’ll be in charge of delivering high-quality CDM services, supporting business development, mentoring team members, and contributing to the wider growth of the business.
What you’ll ideally have:
- Strong experience delivering Principal Designer and CDM Advisory services under CDM Regulations 2015
- Chartered status (or close to achieving it)
- APS membership (CMaPS or equivalent) – but not a dealbreaker
- Commercial awareness and experience managing client relationships
- A proactive approach to winning work and developing business
- The ambition to progress towards Director level in the future
