Ant Yapi UK Ltd is a market leading construction company specialising design and build of high-quality developments. We are recruiting for site-based FIT OUT Manager for our Holland Park Gate project in Kensington / London.
Job Summary:
Manages specific sections (packages) of interior construction, such as bathrooms, stone and timber flooring ensuring they’re delivered on time, budget, and to high quality standards, coordinating subcontractors, managing site operations, and reporting progress to the overall Construction Manager, bridge design, commercial, and site teams, focusing on smooth workflow, compliance (H&S), and achieving client specifications for Ant Yapi UK Ltd projects.
Main Duties / Responsibilities:
– Coordination: Manage subcontractors, suppliers, designers and clients for assigned packages.
– Develop short-term schedules, track progress and control costs for their package
– Conduct inspections, ensure works meet specs and enforce Health & Safety compliance
– Liaise with design, engineering and commercial teams to resolve technical issues
– Provide progress updates, risks and mitigation plans to the Construction Manager
– Ensure that the package assigned is built to the correct design and is in the line will all current
legislation and standards
– Drive continues improvement in safety, quality and productivity on site
– Chair regular meetings with contractors and consultants to ensure compliance
– Ensure that all compliance documentation and evidence is supplied to the relevant authority
– Oversee the operating manuals for the assigned packages ensuring they are compliant
– Ensure all RAMS are suitable and sufficient
– Ensure ITPS and quality plans are adhered to
– Work closely with designers to the designs is compliant to the specifications and regulatory
requirements
Skills:
– Proven trac records in managing fit-out packages on large-scale luxurious residential or hotel
projects
– Strong understanding of finishing trades, sequencing and quality control in construction
environment
– Excellent coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge:
– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
– Leadership within the construction environment
Experience:
– Proven track record in internal fit outs, from base build to handover
Behaviour:
– Proactive, detailed-oriented and able to deliver under pressure
– Good relationship building skills
