In this role you will lead a varied residential property caseload within a regional law firm. You will operate in a collaborative, forward‑looking team, handling from inception to completion and supporting junior colleagues. You will contribute to planning, business development and knowledge sharing while maintaining high professional standards. Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential property caseload from inception to completion
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales & purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other professionals
• Supervise and support junior team members as needed
• Contribute to departmental planning, business development and knowledge sharing
• Support a collaborative and ambitious team culture
• Maintain high professional standards and client care

Key requirements

• Minimum 6 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial awareness and a goal‑oriented approach
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently from a regional office while collaborating with a remote team
• Supervisory skills (desirable)
