Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a high-quality caseload of residential property matters
- Lead and mentor a team within the office
- Drive business development and client relationship management
- Support strategic growth of the Taunton office
- Oversee high-value sales, purchases, leasehold/freehold/new build transactions
- Handle complex and high-net-worth residential matters
Key requirements
- 8+ years PQE in Residential Property
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
- Proven ability to manage complex and high-value matters
- Leadership experience and ability to develop others
