Senior Logistics Manager

Overview

In this role you drive end-to-end logistics excellence within Reckitt’s global supply chain. You will lead transformational programs across transportation, warehousing, and logistics systems, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve service, productivity and cost efficiency. You’ll shape digital enablement and governance while guiding capability development and change initiatives. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership position with significant impact on global operations and value creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics transformation and value-creation initiatives across the network
• Drive process, systems, and capability improvement in logistics operations
• Partner with operations, warehousing, procurement, IT&D, Finance and regional stakeholders
• Support digital transformation and logistics technology enhancement
• Develop and implement scalable solutions to improve service and efficiency
• Lead governance, KPI management, and continuous improvement activities
• Manage cross-functional projects, business cases, and change initiatives

Key requirements

• 8+ years in logistics, operations, capability development, or transformation roles
• Experience in multinational or complex logistics environments preferred
• Proven leadership in logistics, supply chain, operations, or transformation
• Track record in value creation and savings initiatives
• Experience leading cross-functional and regional initiatives
• Ability to operate in complex and fast-paced environments
• Experience with logistics technologies, automation, or digital initiatives preferred
• Experience/leadership of digital transformations; understanding of logistics platforms and analytics tools (TMS/WMS)
