Overview
In this role you will lead the residential property caseload, handling sale/purchase transactions, leases, remortgages, and equity transfers while ensuring a smooth client experience. You will develop relationships with clients and referrers and manage workload with minimal supervision. You’ll use case management systems to stay organized and maintain compliance with legal standards. This position sits within an expanding residential conveyancing team, offering opportunities to contribute to service quality and business growth.

Responsibilities
- Handle a varied caseload including sale and purchase transactions (including leasehold and new-build properties), re-mortgages, equity releases, and transfers of equity
- Develop and manage relationships with clients and referrers to ensure excellent service
- Utilise case management systems to streamline processes and maintain accurate records
- Demonstrate strong organisational and compliance skills to ensure all transactions meet legal standards
- Work independently with minimal supervision and manage workload efficiently
