Senior Management Accountant (Retail)

Overview

In this role you will own the administration and ongoing maintenance of financial systems within a hospitality group, driving automation and system improvements. You will partner with the finance team and broader business to support FP&A, reporting, and analysis, while enabling audit readiness. The role offers exposure to upgrades, implementation projects, and ad hoc finance initiatives in a growth-focused environment. You will work with senior finance leaders to shape efficient systems that scale with the business.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain financial systems; ensure data integrity and uptime
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline processes
• Partner with finance and wider business to drive system-driven insights
• Lead upgrades or enhancements to financial systems
• Provide troubleshooting support and drive systems improvements
• Support internal and external audits
• Deliver ad hoc finance projects and analyses

Key requirements

• Qualified / Finalist level accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with strong systems experience
• Hospitality sector experience preferred but not required if candidate has relevant system exposure
• Experience with system implementation, improvement, automation or data migration
