Overview

As a Product Sales Specialist, you drive growth for GE HealthCare’s Critical Care and Ward Care portfolio across your territory. You partner with account managers and clinical teams to position patient monitoring solutions and improve outcomes, efficiency, and workflows in acute hospital environments. You will manage key opportunities, lead engaging demonstrations, and support tenders and trials. Your role blends clinical insight with commercial execution and cross-functional collaboration to expand adoption of GE HealthCare solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver orders, revenue, market share and growth objectives
  • Support territory and account growth plans aligned to objectives
  • Identify and progress opportunities through the buying cycle
  • Drive competitive conversions and expand usage within installed base
  • Build relationships with clinical, operational, procurement and executive stakeholders
  • Deliver tailored clinical, operational and financial value propositions
  • Lead customer presentations, demonstrations and commercial discussions
  • Support evaluations, trials and tender processes
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends, customer challenges and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Clinical Applications Specialists, Service and Marketing teams to support customer success
  • Support opportunities involving connected care, device integration and digital healthcare solutions where applicable

Key requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Business or equivalent experience
  • Experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, clinical applications, acute care, critical care or related environments
  • Experience engaging clinical, operational and procurement stakeholders within hospital environments
  • Commercial or healthcare technology sales experience advantageous but not essential
  • Strong understanding of acute care, critical care, ward-based care delivery, patient flow or hospital operations
  • Understanding of NHS hospital environments, including clinical workflows, purchasing processes and stakeholder groups
