Responsibilities

• Manage freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Handle remortgages and transfers of equity
• Coordinate with high-end estate agents and clients
• Contribute to a growing, collaborative property team
• Provide accurate, proactive conveyancing support across a varied caseload

Key requirements

• 1-4+ PQE in residential property/conveyancing
• Experience with freehold and leasehold transactions
• Strong communication skills
