to join their production team.Whats the role all about?As a
Spot Welder Operative , youll be responsible for operating resistance welding equipment to manufacture precision components in line with production and quality standards.This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, consistency and quality are key. Youll work closely with production and quality teams to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to specification.Key responsibilitiesOperate
resistance welding machinery and associated production equipmentManufacture components in line with engineering drawings and work instructionsCarry out visual inspections and quality checks on finished productsEnsure products meet required quality standards and specificationsSupport production targets and delivery schedulesMaintain accurate production records and documentationIdentify and report faults, defects or production issuesMaintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisationFollow all health, safety and quality proceduresWork collaboratively with production and engineering teamsWhat youll needTo succeed in this role, youll bring:Experience within a
