As a Senior Associate in Real Estate Finance, you will advise on sophisticated, high-value real estate finance transactions for lenders, investors and developers within a top-tier Banking & Finance team. You will work on cross-border and complex financings across asset classes, supporting deals from inception to completion. Responsibilities

• Investment and development finance transactions
• Acquisition and refinancing matters
• Portfolio and multi-asset financings
• Real estate-backed lending structures
• Acting for lenders, borrowers, investors and developers
• Cross-border and complex financing arrangements
• Supporting major deals from inception through to completion

Key requirements

• Strong experience advising on real estate finance transactions (around 6+ years PQE)
• Experience acting for lenders, borrowers, or both
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills
• Ability to manage matters with increasing autonomy
• Strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior lawyers
• Collaborative and proactive approach to working with colleagues and clients
• Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales or Scotland
