HVAC Project Manager

Overview

In this role, you will lead HVAC installation projects across London and the South East, ensuring successful delivery within heating, ventilation and air conditioning scopes. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes and maintain safety standards. The position supports a regional operation with a focus on project value, quality, and timely execution. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that shapes how HVAC solutions are implemented at scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC installation projects across London and the South East
• Oversee projects involving heating, ventilation and air conditioning, including air conditioning
• Deliver projects up to £1 million in value
• Attend the Dartford office a couple of days per week
• Create technical quotations for clients
• Maintain strong health and safety practices on site
• Engage with clients to ensure requirements and expectations are met
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery

Key requirements

• Strong HVAC technical background
• Minimum 5 years experience as an HVAC Project Manager
• HVAC qualification (Level 3 minimum; HNC preferred)
• Willing to visit the Dartford office regularly
• Very client-focused
• Experience on projects valued at £1 million
• Strong health and safety knowledge
• Ability to create technical quotations
