In this role you will handle a varied caseload in commercial property, supporting a growing client base across sectors from development to retail. You will work within a busy, expanding team at a long-established firm, delivering high-quality advice on acquisitions, leases, and land arrangements. You will engage with business-owning and high‑net‑worth clients, contributing to a collaborative and progressive workplace. The opportunity centers on shaping property transactions and delivering client-focused service at scale.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload and supporting a growing client base
• Assisting on larger transactions
• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and Tenant matters including negotiating leases and 1954 Act implications
• Infrastructure agreements
• Property-related construction documentation

Key requirements

• 5+ years PQE in commercial property
• Qualified solicitor (UK)
• Experience across property development, occupancy, and investment contexts
• Strong client care skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple matters
