Data Administrator

Overview

In this role you will manage master data in the ERP system and support global operations from Huntingdon. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data entry and timely processing for product launches. You will identify and fix data issues, contribute to ongoing data cleansing and quality improvements, and enable reliable operations across the business. This position emphasizes data integrity, collaboration, and timely execution in a manufacturing/engineering context.

Responsibilities

• Create, upload, and maintain master data in the ERP system
• Process master data requests accurately and within agreed timelines to support operations and product launches
• Validate information from global cross-functional teams before system entry
• Identify and correct data errors and support data cleansing and quality initiatives

Key requirements

• Experience using databases, ERP systems (e.g. Oracle) or similar tools for data entry and analysis
• Ability to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team
• Strong multi-tasking skills with accuracy under tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment would be advantageous
