Capital Projects Management Assoc Director

Overview

In this role you lead the I&CP Americas Financial Systems agenda, owning ERP strategy, performance, and governance for Deltek Vantagepoint and related systems. You drive integration, security, and scalability while partnering with vendors and internal teams to align with growth. You will manage AI governance within the ERP landscape, oversee custom configurations and reporting, and ensure smooth integration of acquisitions. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, global context.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the financial systems roadmap for Deltek Vantagepoint and integrations
• Serve as the primary ERP contact for support, vendor coordination, and strategic partnerships (Deltek)
• Maintain architecture, configuration, and stability of Deltek Vantagepoint and related ecosystems
• Lead safe and compliant use of AI within ERP and data extraction environments
• Oversee advanced configurations, customizations, and integrations with security and access controls
• Direct new software implementations, ERP module deployment, and cross-functional development
• Monitor system risk and performance, escalate security/compliance issues to leadership
• Integrate newly acquired entities with minimal operational disruption
• Collaborate with operations and corporate teams for user training and change management
• Oversee custom stored procedures and reporting to support business insights
• Uphold strict confidentiality and appropriate access to financial data
• Foster a remote-friendly work environment with strong stakeholder relationships

Key requirements

• 20+ years’ ERP management experience (Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision)
• Experience in multi-national organizations with multiple currencies and languages
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data & Analytics, Business, Finance or related field (desirable)
