Overview

As a Newly Qualified Real Estate Solicitor, you will handle a broad real estate caseload for high-profile UK clients within a leading national firm. You’ll work closely with L500-rated partners, tackling acquisitions, disposals, development, pre-let work, and ongoing estate management. The role also involves awareness of operator-specific issues that intersect with real estate, such as TUPE and licensing considerations. This is a hybrid position based in Milton Keynes, offering exposure to high‑caliber transactions and a collaborative, inclusive culture. You will help shape a growing real estate practice while contributing to client service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Freehold and leasehold site acquisitions and disposals, development and pre-let arrangements, and portfolio re-gears
• Day-to-day estate management including landlord and tenant, licenses, variations, easements and ancillary agreements
• Awareness of operator-specific issues alongside real estate (e.g., TUPE, TOGC, capital allowances and licensing/regulatory considerations)
