In this role, you will join a leading Bath Residential Property team supported by a large, high-performing department. You’ll handle a broad mix of conveyancing, from first-time buyers to high-value, complex transactions, with autonomy over your own caseload. You’ll collaborate with partners and the Agricultural Property group, and contribute to business development to grow the local practice. Responsibilities

• manage own conveyancing caseload and provide commercially astute advice
• handle a broad mix of residential property matters
• work closely with partners and the wider Residential Property group
• collaborate with Agricultural Property department
• participate in business development and relationship building with referrers
• support a collaborative team culture and knowledge sharing
• contribute to professional development and mentoring initiatives

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx with residential property experience
• strong client handling, communication and organisational skills
