Overview
In this role, you will lead Kalypso’s content marketing engine to raise brand awareness and drive engagement and demand. You’ll oversee editorial planning, content creation, and distribution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to amplify reach and influence. You’ll manage analytics to prove value, optimize SEO, and champion content reuse across campaigns. This position offers a meaningful chance to shape thought leadership and support a global marketing agenda within the Rockwell ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Define editorial themes with marketing leadership aligned to campaigns and priorities
- Create and manage industry- and capability-specific editorial calendars
- Oversee content production as editor-in-chief for Kalypso Viewpoints (ghostwriting, editing, quality control)
- Manage the Viewpoints CMS platform and publish content
- Lead Viewpoints newsletter programme and grow subscriber base
- Track content performance, engagement, and value metrics
- Optimize content for SEO and user experience with digital marketing support
- Champion content reuse and manage syndication/amplification across owned/earned media
- Lead earned and paid media efforts including media outreach and publication reporting
- Manage Kalypso content on LiveSocial to support sales enablement and social amplification
- Promote Kalypso subject matter experts through authored content and social engagement
- Coordinate with Rockwell PR for press releases and corporate announcements
- Coordinate with corporate analyst relations and maintain relationships with analyst firms
- Inform messaging and positioning based on analyst coverage

Key requirements
- Five years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or content strategy (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Marketing/communications experience in professional services, consulting, or B2B environments
- Excellent project and partner management skills
- Ability to collaborate in a global, virtual environment
- Experience developing SEO-optimised content with digital marketing teams
- Familiarity with social platforms and coaching internal authors or influencers
- Experience with marketing/publishing tools including Eloqua, Seismic, Percolate, LiveSocial, Google Analytics and Craft CMS
