Pre-Construction Project Manager

Overview

In this role you drive preconstruction from concept to handover within a growing design & build contractor. You own programme development and support competitive bids, collaborating with commercial and delivery teams to shape refurbishments. You’ll be Bristol-based with regular site visits, delivering projects from won tenders to handover and helping secure future framework work. This is a leadership-focused opportunity to take ownership and influence project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction activities from concept to handover
• Create construction programmes/schedules and support bid submissions
• Collaborate with commercial and delivery teams
• Bristol-based role with site visits to projects

Key requirements

• Project Manager / Preconstruction / Bid background within a main contractor environment
