Risk Analyst

Overview

In this Risk Analyst role, you contribute to AXIS Group Risk by supporting the development of the enterprise risk framework and enabling data-driven decisions. You work with cross-functional partners to produce risk reporting, stress tests, and validation outputs, helping the business understand and manage key risks. The role offers exposure to internal model validation, syndicate reporting, and risk governance processes in a collaborative, ethical culture. You will engage in projects that shape risk insights and strengthen risk management across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance core components of the enterprise risk management framework
• Prepare and produce internal risk reporting materials (CRO report, annual ORSA)
• Support stress and scenario testing including data collection, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and results preparation
• Assist Internal Model Validation by assembling data, metrics, and dashboards for validation reports
• Support Syndicate risk reporting with regular and ad hoc risk reports
• Assist Group ERM team in challenging first-line processes relating to key business risks
• Maintain risk management system and data to keep it complete and up to date
• Participate in project work and deep-dive assessments of topical areas
• Take on additional duties as appropriate to the role
