Associate Solicitor – Property Litigation – Bristol

Overview

In this role you will join a Tier 1 property litigation team to handle complex, high-value disputes across England and Wales. You will support both commercial and residential matters, collaborating with real estate and litigation specialists to deliver pragmatic, outcome-focused solutions. You will guide clients through pre-action risk and asset management, mediations, arbitrations, and contested litigation. Responsibilities

• Advise on high-value property disputes (commercial and residential)
• Manage and prioritise a varied, complex caseload
• Provide pre-action risk assessment and asset management guidance
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court litigation
• Collaborate with real estate and litigation specialists to deliver solutions
• Contribute to a pragmatic, outcome-focused approach and high-quality client service

Key requirements

• Experience in high quality commercial litigation (High Court or arbitration bodies)
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage a varied and complex caseload
