Senior Performance Support Specialist

Overview

In this role you will optimise Unit4 Financials by Coda across go-live and post-go-live scenarios, ensuring peak performance for customers. You will work within the U4F by Coda team to proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and tune systems, collaborating with cross-functional support. The role focuses on scalable performance improvements, security compliance, and enabling customers to achieve meaningful business impact. This is a remote position with occasional on-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Performance tuning of Unit4 Financials by Coda before and after go live
• Troubleshoot performance issues across new implementations and BAU, covering technical and application aspects
• Develop enhanced monitoring, detection, and remediation of performance issues
• Implement proactive, continuous performance tuning and processes for optimal performance
• Ensure compliance with company information security requirements and policies

Key requirements

• Unit4 Financials by Coda knowledge (mandatory)
• 5+ years in customer success and performance optimisation
• Hands-on use of AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)
• AI-enabled productivity improvement and automation spotting
• Database-centric, web-enabled environment experience
• Database tuning with SQL queries, indexes, statistics, and views
• Understanding of database replication
• Understanding of web services and extension kit flows
• Java-based application and containers (JBOSS, WildFly)
• Experience deploying systems into SaaS Azure infrastructures
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and fundamental networking
