Business Development Director

Overview

In this role you drive growth for OCS UK & Ireland by developing and executing strategic business development plans to expand the customer base in facilities management. You will conduct market and customer research, identify opportunities, and convert leads into meetings, while maintaining CRM records. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to align initiatives and build lasting relationships with clients and partners. Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services
• Contact potential new business clients, understanding their needs with a view to booking meetings
• Meet and exceed appointment targets
• Diarising and maintaining up-to-date records on the CRM database
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, business partners, and clients
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to align company goals and strategies

• A proven track record of sales in Facilities Management
• Demonstrable experience of meet and exceeding targets
• Proven track record in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and partners
