You will work closely with Partners and a cross-functional team on commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters, possession actions, and strategic land issues. Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of property disputes, including landlord & tenant issues, dilapidations, rent reviews, lease renewals, and service charge disputes
• Manage possession actions, trespass and squatter claims
• Advise property owners, occupiers, funders and social housing providers
• Work with a national client base and contribute to high-quality, complex disputes
• Develop business through networking and client relationship building
• Support and collaborate within a high-performing, inclusive team
• Pursue progression opportunities within the nationally recognised team

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ Property Litigation experience
• Strong technical skills in property litigation
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a busy, varied caseload
• Keen to engage in business development and networking
• Desire to grow profile within a nationally recognised team
