Employment Lawyer – 1+ PQE – Cardiff

Responsibilities

• Handle high-value breach of contract claims
• Work on injunctions (obtaining, resisting, enforcing)
• Contribute to team moves, restrictive covenants, and confidential information disputes
• Assist with complex contracts and LLP arrangements
• Advise on day-to-day HR queries and Employment Tribunal claims
• Participate in High Court litigation and collective issues
• Provide transactional support and advisory work on global mobility and international projects

Key requirements

• 1+ years’ PQE in employment law (high court disputes/arbitration experience desirable)
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
• Commercial, proactive mindset with attention to detail
• Interest in business development and client engagement
• Knowledge of financial services conduct/regulatory issues is a plus but not essential
