Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of clinical negligence matters
• Handle both litigated and pre-litigated defendant cases
• Advise on healthcare-related issues including patient safety, consent to treatment, and human rights
• Collaborate with team to deliver high-quality legal service to clients
• Meet deadlines and work with some independence

Key requirements

• 3+ years PQE in clinical negligence or healthcare law
• NHS Resolution experience desired
• Strong understanding of CPR procedures
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
• Team player with excellent communication skills
