Overview
In this role you will join a CQS-accredited Residential Property team in Bristol and handle a busy caseload across sales, purchases and remortgages. You’ll support junior lawyers and contribute to marketing, helping the department grow within a collaborative, well-run practice. The position offers autonomy, a supportive culture and clear progression in a specialist property environment. You will work closely with partners to deliver high-quality conveyancing work and client care.

Responsibilities
- Manage your own busy caseload across freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and first registrations
- Supervise junior lawyers and support their development
- Contribute to marketing and business development to raise the department’s profile
- Maintain well-organised electronic and physical files
Key requirements
- At least 3 years’ PQE in Residential Property
- Recent experience managing a full caseload from instruction to completion
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and diary management
