Based in Birmingham
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm (Permanent)
Salary: Competitive salary dependant on skills, experience, and qualifications.

Overview
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Multi-Disciplined Engineer to join our growing team in the Birmingham area. This is a excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to expand their expertise across a range of fire and security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, and Networking.
The successful candidate will be customer-focused, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality service. Ongoing training and development will be provided to support your professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Service and maintain CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, and Networking systems.
Ensure client satisfaction is achieved before leaving site by delivering a high standard of service.
Accurately complete all required documentation, including timesheets, and job reports, using the Company’s service management system.
Deliver an outstanding level of customer service at all times
Adhere to all relevant health and safety procedures and best practices.
Participate in the Company’s out of hours callout rota
Key Experience/qualifications:
Demonstrate technical knowledge of High-End CCTV (Public Spaces), Access Control, and Intruder Alarm Systems.
Knowledge of networking would be an advantage.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance and repair of the relevant systems.
Full UK Driving Licence.
