Commercial Property Manager

Overview

In this role, you will own and optimise a diverse, high-value commercial portfolio across London and the Southeast. You’ll work with landlords, tenants, and advisers to drive asset performance, lead lease events, and support refurbishment and redevelopment opportunities. You’ll operate with autonomy within a growth‑oriented team, delivering value and progress from day one. This is an opportunity to shape asset strategy within a dynamic portfolio and contribute to ongoing expansion.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise a substantial commercial portfolio; drive full potential of assets
• Manage lease events including rent reviews, renewals, lettings, assignments and licences
• Build strong relationships with occupiers, clients and stakeholders; deliver exceptional management service
• Oversee rent collection, arrears, insurance matters and service charge administration
• Conduct regular property inspections and identify opportunities to enhance asset performance
• Lead marketing and letting of vacant space to reduce void periods
• Support refurbishment, redevelopment, and broader asset management initiatives
• Assist with acquisitions and disposals including due diligence and negotiations
• Manage service charge budgets, forecasting and financial reporting
• Prepare reports on portfolio performance, capex, and business planning

Key requirements

• MRICS-qualified Commercial Property Manager
