Overview
In this role you will support a national non-contentious construction team on major UK projects. You will help manage high-value instructions across health, education, housing, regeneration, and central government programmes. You will advise on and negotiate construction and engineering contracts, and collaborate with a range of clients including government bodies, NHS Trusts, universities and developers. The position offers clear career development and flexible working arrangements in a growing team with a strong sector focus.

Responsibilities
- Advising on and negotiating construction and engineering contracts, including JCT, NEC and bespoke agreements
- Supporting major programmes such as hospitals, social housing, schools and large scale regeneration schemes
- Working collaboratively with clients including government bodies, local authorities, NHS Trusts, universities and developers
Key requirements
- 1-4 years’ PQE
- strong drafting skills
- commercial awareness
- interest in becoming a specialist in non-contentious construction
- experience coordinating with other disciplines and networking is advantageous
