As a Financial Crime and Disputes Agent, you protect UK and US customers from fraud and financial crime while handling disputes. You work on frontline decisions across financial crime alerts, due diligence, and chargebacks, ensuring fast and fair outcomes. You collaborate with Fraud, Financial Crime, Disputes, and Compliance teams to share knowledge and improve processes. This role combines investigation, case decisions, and customer care in a fast-paced fintech environment. You’ll contribute to a mission-focused culture that values speed, accuracy, and customer-centric outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Investigate and process financial crime cases, including due diligence reviews, KYC refreshes, alerts and referrals, following policy and regulatory requirements
- Investigate and resolve fraud cases, including unauthorised transactions and chargebacks, aligned with card scheme rules and regulatory timelines
- Identify and support vulnerable customers and victims of fraud throughout cases
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fraud typologies, financial crime risks, and relevant regulation
- Collaborate with wider Fraud, Financial Crime, Disputes, and Compliance teams to share knowledge and support continuous improvement
Key requirements
- Experience in a fraud, financial crime, or disputes role within financial services
- Strong attention to detail and evidence-based judgement for case decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable working to targets and SLAs in a high-volume environment
