Overview

In this role you will shape and deliver leadership communications for EY UK&I, translating strategy into clear narratives for senior leaders, partners and key stakeholders. You’ll craft speeches, scripts and briefings that bring leadership messages to life across live, recorded and written channels. You will advise senior leaders, ensure consistency across channels, and help audiences understand the firm’s direction and priorities. The role offers influence over pivotal communications and a chance to contribute to EY’s mission of building a better working world. Responsibilities

• Develop leadership narratives with clear points of view, supported by data and insight
• Write scripts, speeches, leadership emails, briefings and presentations for live, recorded and written channels
• Maintain a personal voice for each leader while ensuring cross-channel consistency
• Provide Partners with timely information on strategy, performance and priorities; produce briefing packs, talking points and cascade materials
• Prepare senior leaders for meetings, town halls, webcasts and firmwide engagements with insights, messaging and rehearsal
• Advise senior leaders with clear recommendations and constructive challenge as needed
• Collaborate with internal, external and corporate communications teams to align leadership positioning across channels
• Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing team culture
• Demonstrate excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt content for different formats and audiences
• Deliver high-quality work under tight timelines

Key requirements

• Experience in professional services or a large, complex organization
• Strong track record delivering senior leadership communications across internal and external audiences
• Experience writing speeches for senior leaders
• Strong stakeholder management and high standard of written work
