As a Corporate Associate you will support medium-sized owner-managed businesses, large organisations and high-net-worth individuals in a busy corporate team. You will handle a range of corporate work, from mergers and acquisitions to shareholder agreements, and take ownership of matters with partner supervision on high-value transactions. Responsibilities
- Mergers and acquisitions work
- Structuring and negotiating share schemes
- Secured financing arrangements
- Share buy backs
- Drafting bespoke articles of association
- Negotiating and drafting shareholder investments/agreements
- Leading transactional work and coordinating with partners on high-value matters
Key requirements
- 5+ years PQE in corporate law
- Experience handling transactions for owner-managed businesses and large organisations
- Ability to lead on transactional work and own matters
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Capable of working across sectors including healthcare, charities and private wealth
