In this Commercial Property Solicitor role, you handle a broad range of high‑value property matters within a leading Cardiff team. You’ll work closely with partners, handling acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, and development projects, helping to move transactions forward and build lasting client relationships. Responsibilities

• Managing acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant matters, including telecoms leases
• Supporting portfolio management, investment work, and development projects
