Overview

In this Bristol-based role, you will manage a varied agricultural and rural disputes caseload from instruction to resolution, collaborating with a national network of specialists to deliver high-quality client service. You will draft key litigation documents, support hearings, and advise on tenancy, partnership, and rural property disputes, contributing to client development and team collaboration. The position offers exposure to matters such as farming partnerships, tenancies, rights of way, and boundary issues, with a focus on professional growth in agricultural law. You will work in a culture that values diversity and inclusion and engage with clients across the South West.

Responsibilities

• Managing agricultural dispute matters from instruction through to resolution
• Drafting key litigation documents and supporting case preparation for hearings
• Advising on tenancy, partnership, and rural property disputes
• Supporting client development, networking, and team collaboration
