Software Engineer

Overview

As a Software Engineer, you will develop and maintain test solutions focusing on C/C++, C#, and scripting. You will work with test automation frameworks such as LabWindows CVI or TestStand while applying DevOps and CI practices. You’ll contribute to high-quality software through testing approaches like unit testing and TDD, collaborating in an agile environment. This role supports clients across aerospace, defence, and finance, with a mission to enable digital transformation and quality software craftsmanship. This is a hands-on position where you influence testing strategies and tooling in a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test solutions for software projects
• Utilize test automation frameworks and lab tools; e.g., LabWindows CVI, TestStand
• Apply DevOps practices and CI to testing workflows
• Contribute to software quality through unit testing and TDD
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and debug hardware-embedded systems
• Perform hands-on debugging and measurements using oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers
• Communicate effectively within the team to resolve issues
