Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Birmingham

Overview

In this role you will manage your own clinical negligence caseload, including litigated matters, supporting individuals with complex brain injuries and related claims. You will work in a Birmingham-based team with experienced partners, delivering high-quality, compassionate legal advice and collaborating across the firm. The opportunity focuses on handling high-value claims, expanding the team’s impact, and maintaining excellent client care. Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload, including litigated clinical negligence matters
• Assist senior colleagues on high-value and complex claims across medical disciplines
• Provide accurate, compassionate legal advice and keep clients informed throughout their journey
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm
• Build strong working relationships and maintain high standards of client care

Key requirements

• 2+ years’ PQE in clinical negligence
• Experience running own caseload
• Ability to work in Birmingham and within hybrid arrangements
• Competence in delivering high-quality outcomes for clients
