You work directly with the founders to shape technical direction and engineering culture, owning architecture, backend services, and CI/CD on Azure. Responsibilities

• Own the design and development of scalable cloud-native applications
• Lead the full software development lifecycle from architecture to deployment
• Develop backend services and frontend components (Python, TypeScript, React)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment on Azure
• Collaborate with the founding team to set technical direction and engineering practices
• Solve complex engineering challenges and influence product decisions
• Build AI-enabled products using LLM technologies
• Operate in a hands-on, autonomous role with broad impact on engineering culture

Key requirements

• Strong Python experience
• Experience with RESTful APIs (FastAPI)
• TypeScript and React knowledge a plus
• Experience with LLMs and agentic AI
• Entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mindset
• Curiosity and fast learner in a startup environment
• Comfort with unstructured environments and collaboration
• Degree educated, 2.1 minimum, in Computer Science or related field
