Overview
In this Real Estate Associate role, you join a Cheltenham-based team delivering high-quality commercial and real estate advice. You will work with investors, developers and occupiers, supporting landlord and tenant matters, leases, and investment transactions, while collaborating across UK and international offices. The role combines strong client relationships with a practical, commercial approach in a supportive, collegiate culture. This is a chance to develop through involvement in diverse real estate work within a well-regarded team.
Responsibilities
- Handle a broad mix of commercial and real estate transactions (landlord and tenant matters, leases, investment deals, disposals, portfolio transactions)
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships with investors, developers and occupiers
- Collaborate with colleagues across UK and international offices to deliver a premium service
- Contribute to a collegiate, team-oriented culture and support career development
- Support on residential and regeneration development work where relevant
Key requirements
- 2+ PQE
