Overview
As Director of Sales for W Manchester, you lead the commercial strategy for a landmark luxury hotel pre-opening. You drive revenue growth, build influential partnerships and position the property as the destination of choice across corporate, group and leisure segments. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to forecast, execute strategic initiatives and develop a high-performing sales team. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the property’s sales strategy aligned with brand vision and revenue objectives
- Lead day-to-day sales activities and performance across corporate, group, leisure and event segments
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners and industry networks
- Partner with Revenue Management to maximise revenues through forecasting and market analysis
- Represent W Manchester at industry events and networking opportunities to boost brand visibility
- Coach and develop the sales team, promoting accountability and high performance
- Monitor guest satisfaction and feedback to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Collaborate with ownership, Marriott commercial teams and hotel leadership to reach financial goals while upholding brand standards
