An exceptional opportunity has been created for an Operations leader to join a high performing team in a large-scale operation at our Dungannon site as an Operations Excellence Co-ordinator
The Operational Excellence Co–ordinator will have significant autonomy to help drive a culture of continuous improvement across all departments at site, embedding Operational Excellence (OPEX) principles and supporting teams to deliver sustainable performance improvements making a meaningful difference.

What You’ll Do
- Be part of the senior site team leading cultural excellence throughout the site
- Support the deployment and sustainability of the site OPEX programme
- Coach and develop teams in continuous improvement methodologies and problem-solving tools
- Lead site maturity assessments and identify opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate delivery of improvement projects and Gap Up initiatives
- Drive standardisation, performance measurement and visual management
- Develop and maintain site improvement plans, project schedules and progress reporting
What You’ll Bring
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence or Lean environments
- Ability to influence, coach and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Organised, proactive and results-focused approach
- Experience within FMCG or manufacturing environments (desirable)
- Degree and/or Lean Six Sigma qualification (desirable)
