Job summary
Senior Operational LeadLead strategic homelessness services and help drive our vision to end homelessness across Northern Ireland.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and compassionate leader to influence service delivery, shape future developments and make a lasting impact on the lives of those affected by homelessness.
As a Senior Operational Lead, you will provide leadership and oversight across multiple homelessness services, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred support for individuals experiencing homelessness. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Homelessness Services, you will play a key role in shaping service delivery, developing teams, driving operational excellence and ensuring services achieve meaningful outcomes for the people we support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing homelessness services across multiple locations.
- Delivering strategic and operational objectives in line with organisational priorities.
- Inspiring, developing and supporting managers and operational teams to achieve excellent service outcomes.
- Ensuring services are person-centred, responsive and focused on positive outcomes for individuals.
