The job in a nutshell:
Essentially, your job will be to support the commercial delivery of a range of construction projects fromtender stage through to final account.
You’ll get hands-on involvement withtake-offs, tender pricing, procurement, subcontractor quotations, valuations, variations, cost reporting and project documentation with an experienced commercial team around you to help you develop.

We thinkGraduate Quantity Surveyors or Junior Quantity Surveyors with up to 23 years’ experience should apply.
You’ll ideally have:
- A degree or relevant qualification inQuantity Surveying, Commercial Management or similar
- Graduate-level or early-careerQuantity Surveying experience
- Good understanding of construction and commercial principles
- Ability to readdrawings and specifications
- Strong numerical and organisational skills
- Confidence usingMicrosoft Excel
- Afull UK driving licence
- Ability to commute toDungiven
